  Join Lobo Mau to celebrate the official launch of the Fall/Winter 2010 runway collection at Vincent Michael Gallery (located in the Piazza at Schmidt's).  Drawing inspiration from graffiti and street art, the textiles for this collection were designed and custom printed in collaboration with local artist Ryan Parker.  Designer Nicole Haddad incorporated styles and sensibilities she observed in street art from both Philadelphia and Rio de Janeiro, two cities where she has lived.  She used techniques such as bleaching, stenciling, and screen printing to capture the gritty vitality of urban art in this collection of edgy separates.

 So, you all know that I've been waiting for this day for a long time, and it was everything I thought it would be, costume changes, all the hits I wanted to hear, and her voice is better than ever. I've been friends with Nikki since 3rd grade... no need to say how many years that has been... let's just say, birds of a feather, flock together, ..... forever. Even though the Marilyn quote is VERY Nikki, when asked for another she sent me this one, I'm not sure who to attribute it to but Nik is the kind of friend who acts like nothing ever happened.
