Willi Smith has been popping up on my fashion radar a lot in the last few months. The first time was on the third fold of the WWD 100 Years cover ... Then a Willie Smith Tunic popped up in my 'Suggestions for you' Ebay account..... and most recently during a fashion conversation over Chardonnay and spicy Malaysian food at Penang. I know, how does Malaysian food and wine relate to Willi Smith? It doesn't. Those were just the circumstances under which I began thinking about him.
